I wanted to express my sincerest gratitude for all that you've shown and taught me over the past several months. You've helped me learn a lot about myself and allowed me to be more comfortable in my own skin. You encouraged me to uncover a voice that I had forgotten and helped me embrace my flaws. 


It's difficult to find the words to express how truly thankful I am for the time and energy you invested in me and my personal growth. I feel so fortunate to have met you and to have learned from your wisdom and strength. 


Thank you for challenging me and for breaking up the heaviness with your clever sense of humour. You will never be far from my thoughts.

Couples Counselling

Psychotherapeutic Yoga 

Having previously practiced yoga but having lost touch with this practice, therapeutic yoga brought me back to this wonderful, peaceful spaciousness that I had lost touch with. Working in the intimate and supportive group I was able to explore how my perfectionism impacts my life and restricts my growth. I certainly gained insight into myself that will challenge me to continue to work on letting go of my perfectionism.
Such a safe and supportive atmosphere for growth and healing to take place.
