This course grew out of my work as a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, where I began to notice how often people were trying to change patterns without understanding what their nervous system was actually doing.
​
Thus, I developed, Embody: Your Resilient Life, a Nervous System course designed to offer a different approach — one that works with your physiology, not against it.
